Professor Ang Beng Wah and Dr Su Bin, respectively ESI Executive Director and Senior Research Fellow, are named in the 2020 Highly Cited Researchers Report published by Clarivate Analytics. They are among the 25 NUS researchers who are named in the 2020 Report. 

The annual list of Highly Cited Researchers acknowledges researchers with multiple papers ranking in the top one per cent by citations for their field and year. They are selected for their exceptional performance in one or more of 21 fields of the sciences and social sciences. Some 6,000 researchers from around the world are named in the 2020 Report.

Professor Ang and Dr Su are named in the field “Economics and Business” which lists 101 researchers. They were also named in the 2018 Report and 2019 Report.
