AIR CONDITIONING USAGE SURVEY


The Energy Studies Institute (ESI) at the National University of Singapore (NUS) and A*STAR’s Institute of High Performance Computing (IHPC) are currently conducting a collaborative survey for the project titled “District Cooling for Future Township Planning in Singapore”. This survey seeks to gather valuable insights into air conditioning usage preferences, which will be utilized as aggregated data inputs for a district energy simulation. Your participation in this survey will contribute to the research efforts focused on enhancing energy efficiency and reducing emissions in Singapore’s upcoming townships.

Our Goals For This Survey
1. Gain insights into the current usage patterns of air conditioning systems.
2. Assess the level of interest in adopting future district cooling solutions.
3. Contribute to research endeavors aimed at improving energy efficiency and reducing emissions associated with residential cooling.
