Our People

Wannaphaluk is an enthusiast professional with a demonstrated history of working in both private sector and the non-profit and social research consulting industry. Prior to joining the Energy Studies Institute, she worked on strategic planning and advice relating to public policy and regulation, government affairs and stakeholder engagement across different sector including digital, energy, tourism and agriculture.

Wannaphaluk graduated from Chulalongkorn University with a degree in law and completed her Master’s from University College London in international law. Her work interest is centrally concerned with the intersection and interaction of international agreements and domestic policies in relation to energy.
