Rajam joined Energy Studies Institute in April 2012. She was handling procurement, TRAC claims, fixed assets management, research programmes updates, events data base updates, and office maintenance matters until 2016. She was assisting in the finance matters and fixed assets management from 2017 to 2019.
From 2020 to mid-April 2023, she took on a new role in OFN serving Heng Mui Keng Finance cluster. Since then, she has returned to ESI. Her current portfolio involves finance, Gen office procurement, office maintenance, fixed assets maintenance and assisting with events matters.
