Shruti Dayal is a Research Associate at the Energy Studies Institute, where she focuses on decarbonization strategies. She has over five years of experience, researching on topics related to sustainability, low-carbon technologies, and industrial transitions. Before joining ESI, she worked on projects exploring decarbonization pathways for India and analysed scenarios for industrial transitions, particularly in the iron and steel sector.
Shruti holds a Master of Science degree in Economics from University College London (UCL). Her research interests include energy transitions, circular economy, and low carbon development.
