RESEARCH FELLOWS
Jinseok joined the Energy Studies Institute at the National University of Singapore as a Research Fellow in May 2023. Prior to this, he held several academic and research positions in South Korea, including Research Professor at the Center for International Area Studies and Lecturer in the Department of BRICS at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies. He also served as a Research Fellow in the Department of Political Science and Diplomacy at Hallym University of Graduate Studies.
Ahead of his career in South Korea, Jinseok was a Visiting Researcher at the Institute for Emerging Economies (BOFIT) at the Bank of Finland in Helsinki and participated in research projects as a Member of the LNG Working Group at the SKOLKOVO School of Management in Moscow.
Jinseok's research primarily focuses on natural gas and energy markets in the Asia Pacific region and Eurasian countries.
