4th AEEPRN Conference - “Energy Transition in Asia and Europe: New Challenges and Opportunities”

Korea University’s GREEN SCHOOL, the Graduate School of Energy and Environment and the Korea Energy Economics Institute jointly held the 4th AEEPRN Annual Conference for two days (10 - 11 July) at the KU International Studies Hall.

Academics from universities and research institutions representing eight countries including Germany, the U.S., Singapore, England, Italy, Japan, Korea, and China deliberated on the conference theme, “Energy Transition in Asia and Europe: New Challenges and Opportunities.”

Four panel discussions were held on the following sub-themes: “Keynote Speech: Global Energy Governance and Energy Transition", “The Impact of U.S. Shale Oil Development On Europe and Asia”, “Climate Change and Energy Transition”, and “Technology, Innovation and Energy Transition” on the first day of the conference.
