Ms. Melissa Low Moderated at the National Energy Efficiency Conference 2013, Singapore

On Thursday, 10 October, 2013, Ms. Melisa Low, an ESI Energy Analyst served as moderator at the National Energy Efficiency Conference (NEEC) 2013, held at the Singapore EXPO. The theme of the breakout session (Breakout Track 1C) was Energy Efficiency in High Technology Facilities - Laboratories and Cleanrooms and the panel for this breakout session consisted of the following presenters:

  • “Slashing Laboratory Building Energy Use in Singapore by up to 50%”

  • “Opportunities to Advance Laboratory Energy Efficiency in Singapore and the Tropics”
    Danielle Marie Griego, Research Associate, Energy Research Institute @ NTU (ERI@N)
  • “Scientific Planning and Support for High Performance Building Design: A Case Study of Cleantech Two”
    Bharath Seshadri (Research Associate, Energy Research Institute @ NTU)

The annual National Energy Efficiency Conference is part of the learning network of the Energy Efficiency National Partnership (EENP) programme which was launched by Singapore National Environment Agency (NEA) in 2010. The theme of this year’s conference was Sustaining the Energy Efficiency Drive. The main objective of the two-day conference was to provide thought leadership in energy efficiency, and to bring together energy efficiency experts and industry energy professionals to share best practices and case studies of successful projects.
