The Energy Studies Institute (ESI) is an autonomous multi-disciplinary
research institute established in NUS. ESI seeks to produce independent
and high quality research that will inform and stimulate debate on energy
issues of key interest to policy makers, industry, and the community.
We are actively recruiting researchers to undertake policy-oriented
research and analysis in the areas of energy economics, energy security
and energy and the environment.

Research at ESI offers excellent opportunities for first hand
understanding of the issues that concern economic development tied
to energy and sustainable development faced with rising energy costs
and the future carbon constrained world. ESI offers an environment for
cross-disciplinary research and provides avenues for fruitful exchange
of ideas and analyses with public agencies and industry.

If you possess the prerequisites and have an inclination to perform
