Research Highlights

Dr Wu Fulan joined the Energy Studies Institute in May 2011. She obtained her PhD in April 2010 from the National University of Singapore. The title of her thesis was “Imperfect Information and Quality Signalling”. Before joining ESI, she was a senior lecturer at the Singapore Institute of Commerce. She did her Masters in economics at Zhejiang University and her Bachelors in economics at Yangtze University. She is currently working on an ENPEP model which is used for energy supply and demand analysis.
