Research Interests
Research Highlights

Neil joined the Energy Studies Institute in August 2010. He did his PhD in Economics at the National University of Singapore. He was the recipient of the President’s Graduate Fellowship and the Research Scholarship. His Master’s in Energy Economics and Policy (Distinction) is from the University of Surrey, England for which he was awarded the British Chevening Open Social Sciences Scholarship. He has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering (First Class) from the University of Mumbai. His work experience includes stints in the energy industry in India.
