About the Seminar
The speakers will provide ExxonMobil's perspectives on developments on the climate change issue. They will cover updates on the science of climate change, policy direction in the United States, legislative and regulatory developments in various countries as well as a view on the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) in Cancun, Mexico.

About the Speakers
David Bailey is the Climate Policy Manager for ExxonMobil Corporation. He has been with ExxonMobil for 20 years, and prior to becoming Climate Policy Manager in February 2009, he was ExxonMobil's International Government Relations and Planning Manager in Washington DC. David has been active in the energy industry since 1978, first in the UK coal industry and since 1989 with Mobil in Europe and from 1998 with ExxonMobil in the US.
Bob Bailes is the Corporate Greenhouse Gas Manager for ExxonMobil Corporation. He began with ExxonMobil in 1982 starting first in various engineering, planning and operations management positions. He went on to conduct competitive analyses for Mobil’s US refining business, and then worked for Intermediates Americas and the Baytown Olefins Plant . In 2006 he returned to Mobil in the capacity of Global Safety, Health and Environment Manager for ExxonMobil Chemical Company and then assumed his current position in 2009.
